Emergency exit mortise lock for single leaf metal frame doors
The emergency exit mortise latch lock has a non-locking latch operated by a lever handle, it is designed for single leaf metal framed doors with passage function. The mortise latch lock has additional locking upwards, integrated plug-in key function, can be operated by european profile cylinders.
The mortise latch lock has a matching strike plate fitted on the door jamb.
Nowaday, the mortise latch becomes more common in commercial and upmarket residential construction in the U.S., they are widely used in Europe as well.
