Flexibility of traffic control during and after business hours is offered by D&D LD-01 deadlatches. A reverse turn of the key while bolt is held retracted retains the bolt to allow two-way traffic and hold the door open temporarily for hospitals, banks, stores and other buildings which require free entrance at times and exit-only at other times.

- Interchangeable, without stile modification
- With deadlock of same backset and faceplate shape
- Uses any standard mortise cylinder with M.S. cam
- Right hand, Left hand, and non-handed are available
- Handing is reversible without special tools
- Holding bolt fully depressed while turning the key in reverse to secure bolt

- Optional armor faceplate: 1" x 6-7/8", finish in 628 satin aluminum anodized or hardcolor no. 313 and 335.
- Armor faceplate shape: flat, radius, radius with weather strip, right bevel, left bevel
- Optional strike: 4.63" or 2.63"
