The LT-01 deadlock utilizes a huge bolt of five ply laminated steel bolt with concealed hardened steel pin and provides maximum security on any single leaf door, even a very tall and flexible one or an installation where the gap between door and jamb is greater than it should be.
Features
- For aluminum stile doors
- A huge bolt of 5 ply laminated steel is activated by a simple pivot mechanism
- A bolt of 8 ply laminated steel is available as well
- Fit to 1-5/32" standard mortise cylinder
- 360 degree turn of key or thumbturn throws or retracts the counterbalanced bolt
- Key can be removed only when the bolt is in a positively locked or unlocked position
- Provide the security need of swing narrow stile aluminum doors in commercial, industrial and institutional buildings
- The locking mechanism is identical to the LH-01 deadlock with a hook
- With five faceplate shapes like flat, radius, right hand bevel, left hand bevel and radius with weatherstrip
- Uses any standard mortise cylinder with M.S. cam
- Non-handed

- Laminated steel bolt: 5-ply or 8-ply
- Straight bolt: W 5/8" x L 2-7/8" (15.88 mm x 73.03 mm)
- Bolt throw: 1-3/8" (34.9 mm)
- Optional shorter throw 20.6 mm for ultra narrow jamb is available by request
- Case: 1" x 6" (25.4 mm x 174.6 mm), steel with corrosion-resistant plating
- Optional armor faceplate: 1" x 6-7/8", finish in 628 satin aluminum anodized or hardcolor no. 313 and 335.
- Armor faceplate shape: flat, radius, radius with weather strip, right hand bevel, left hand bevel
